Choose what happens to your HABIT data.
HABIT keeps the core experience local. These are the current controls and the fastest way to use them.
Local data
Your plans, check-ins, and progress are encrypted on your device. Open Settings → Account → Account Details → Export local data to save a copy. Support cannot recover local-only data.
Account data
Open Settings → Account → Account Details to choose Export account data or Close account. These account actions require a recent sign-in check. Export local data separately if you want a copy of your habit records. See the deletion instructions.
Consent and optional services
Online Coach and purchases use connected services separately from your local habit records. Online Coach requires Pro and the app’s account, age, region, consent, and security checks. You can disable future online processing in Settings and keep using the on-device Coach. Review the privacy policy for current provider and retention details.
